Professional Investment Valuation Now Available Online
NUMERAIRE.COM NOW PROVIDES AN EXPANDED SUITE of online interactive investment models which estimate economic value, implied growth and rate of return. The Model Chooser, Input Analyzer and Quality Grader modules support the eight basic model types which assist in the search for stocks priced below value and serve as an economic reality check on excessive exuberance.
DESIGNED FOR INTELLIGENT INVESTORS, security analysts and educators worldwide, the Web-based decision-support application called the DCF Valuator can evaluate any stock on any exchange in any currency any place any time. Expected future dividends and free cash flow to common equity are used to estimate value per share or a range of values from Monte Carlo simulation scenarios. Both infinite and one- or two-stage finite investment horizons can be evaluated.
DCF VALUATOR USES discounted cash flow methods of economic valuation applied to company financial data from primary documents freely available online for U.S. companies. Automatic market price fetching for U.S. listed stocks is standard in all models, and automatic data gathering from standardized U.S. company financial databases is optional.

Both versions are developed in DecisionScript, an extension of JavaScript that is Unicode compatible for localization in almost any spoken language that has an alphabet. DCF Valuator is easy to learn with click-through demonstrations, easy to use with pop-up help windows, and works with most Web browsers enabled for tables, graphs and forms.
