There are three conventional methods to determine fair value:
(1) discounted cash flow,
(2) comparable companies for comparison to determine the ratio between their public market value and various profitability or other economic measures, and
(3) consequences model of pro forma impact on earnings, cash flow, balance sheet, and market valuation multiples under alternative scenarios.
